Thank you for shopping with Be Artisan. We are committed to providing high-quality Moroccan beauty products and ensuring a satisfying customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Items that cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
- Sale or promotional items marked “non-returnable.”
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@be-artisan.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original method of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@be-artisan.com with your order number and a photo of the product received.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
🌍 International Returns
We accept returns from international orders. However:
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.
