Return & Refund Policy

At Be Artisan, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@beartisan.com] with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [support@beartisan.com].

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale
